Joanne, I couldn't agree more. You do make the world a better place! Evertime I peel an onion I think of you, and I just peeled one again this morning for the crockpot. Does that make you laugh? Remember your post on your recipe blog teaching us a better way to peel an onion? I love it! And I always think of you when I go to peel an onion :)
