Once Again

Oh fish, why do you hate me so?
You look so inviting,
fresh garlic and lime.
Divine going down, and then a revolt.

Oh fish, why do you hate your lover?
Tender white flesh
your taste is sublime,
Twisting, turning, churning inside.

Oh delicate fish, why such disdain?
This sordid affair
will come to an end
What we once shared is now flushed.
