Apparently 3 weeks ago, when we bought SB her new phone, they changed our plan. Unlimited text messaging was inadvertently removed. We were charged 20 cents for each incoming and outgoing message.
Really? Did they think we wanted to pay two thousand, seven hundred & twenty dollars and seven cents instead of paying a monthly unlimited fee?

CALL them right away. We discovered they will remove the charges if dealt with promptly.

I noticed the charges online the day before the paper bill arrived.Thankfully, it was their error and it was corrected.
Natalia, there are 5 of us on the plan so the text messages were not one person.
